I am a health educator specializing in behavior modification to achieve weight neutrality. I believe Dr. Michelle May's Mindful Eating Program; Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat is the missing link to weight loss programs I have taught. My forte' is guiding people to change their lifestyle in a way in which they want to change. My clients maintain or achieve a weight agreeable to their personal medical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs. I do this by educating my clients motivating and encouraging them.
I share the philosophy that Am I Hungry? ® is based on; eat intuitively and you will change how and what, you want to change in yourself. I have helped people lose weight and maintain their weight loss for over 25 years; working in a hospital, private physician practices and a number of weight loss and weight management programs.
I enjoy facilitating Am I Hungry's interactive mindful eating program and seeing people empowered with their new lifestyle. I have been an Am I Hungry? ® Licensee for over five years. I have a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from U.C.Berkeley. I'm in California's San Francisco, East Bay area.
