Eggnog and butter cookies - getting on the RAFT
Posted on 12/15/2009 @ 9:11 PM

(I don't usually post this but it is probably important for perspective: Starting weight 230, Current 200.) The good news is that eggnog and butter cookies are everywhere. The bad news is that they are also on my thighs. Crumb. I was doing pretty well, but I wait for eggnog all year, and the only time I have butter cookies is in December. Too many eggnog lattes and too many butter cookies, and that little bit of extra weight I was hoping had just popped in for a visit over Thanksgiving, has made itself right at home. I’m still struggling with the Hot Tamales, too. Time for some action. Gotta get on the RAFT: Reassess Act differently Feel better Thank myself I think eggnog and butter cookies affect my immediate memory – I forget what I’m doing. Time to ride the rapids – and when I’m riding the rapids I gotta stay focused or I’ll go overboard.
