Today we talked about setting goals that are too far out of reach and how that can be discouraging instead of inspiring. I TOTALLY recognize that I do that, and it's usually right before a huge stumble.
I want ot reach my goal NOW but because I know it isn't possible I might as well eat this...*rolling eyes*
I KNOW that the goal is the problem.....
I WANT my goal to be improving my health.
My mind says "LOSE ALL THIS WEIGHT NOW!"
A little tug of war going on there.
I heard a quote that a big change is simply the sum of all the little things you do. I'm going to write out some DAILY obtainable goals that will help me focus on what I can do TODAY to reach my long-term goals.
